Refund policy

We want you to love your order! Due to the nature of our products (custom vinyl stickers), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we're committed to making things right under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@risk555.store with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind As our products are small and low-cost items, we are unable to accept change of mind returns. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Lost Parcels If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll investigate with Australia Post. If confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
